Tonight, Pastor Eric told us some very important, interesting things. Now I know he always does, but these messages caught my eye.

God made a great sacrifice coming to earth as a man. Eric said: “as I have told you at camp the guys are very smelly. I just walked in the cabin and BOOM, it just hits you. Right? I mean, guys! He came before deodorant was invented!” Also, a dude named Ethan asked Eric a question: “If God knew Satan would become evil, why did He make him?” Eric said to that: “God didn’t make us as pull-string dolls. Pull-string dolls are those dolls that when you pull them, they talk. For example: I love you! I am a cowboy! I am a cowboy that loves you! I mean, right? They are programmed to be like that. They won’t just say: Take me shopping. Give me money. God didn’t make us like that. We don’t just say (robotic tone) I love you.. I am a cowboy.. He made us to make our own choices! He won’t just make us so we have to worship Him, or tell Him we love Him. He wants us to tell him that by our own will! By our own choice! Ethan, good question! Eric says that (Jehovah’s Witnesses or Mormons, I forgot) say Jesus is not God. The Bible says Jesus is God many times! Know why they think that? It’s because Satan is putting things into their heads. Also, Eric said that (once again I think Jehovah’s Witnesses or Mormons) that Lucifer is the brother of God. Lucifer is a meaning, another name for Satan. This is totally not true! God made him! So not only do they think Jesus isn’t God, they also think Satan and God are brothers! Isn’t that crazy?!?!?! Thank you Eric! (I didn't remember what he said 100% but it was close enough:-)

Want to know something I found out online? Alright! My mom always told me to not read in the dark, (low lighting or whatever) or else it will ruin your eyes. Truth is, it doesn’t! Something I’ve read and heard about is that eating carrots will help your vision. Eating carrots doesn’t help your vision! Myth! Another myth I have heard about is cracking your fingers will cause arthritis. It doesn’t! Here’s yet another one! A while back I wanted long hair and so I didn’t want to get a trim for my hair, even though I needed it. My sister and my mom told me that if I want it long, getting it cut will make it grow faster. That is not true! I have one more busted myth. My other sister told me that if I swallow my gum, it will take 7 years to digest. Untrue! These facts were proved by scientists.

Have you ever heard of a place they call Whyville? If you answered yes, then that's AWESOME! If you answered no, let me tell you what it is. Whyville is a virtual website where you can play games, learn, chat with your friends, (and make new ones) make a look for yourself so people can recognize you by your look and by your user-name, making looks is also for variety in the site, you can design your own faceparts for people to buy, and much more! Check it out: www.Whyville.net.
Clams is the Whyville currency to buy things such as a Scion, (which is the Whyville car to buy) faceparts, Face factory Vouchers or FFV for short, Scion Decal Vouchers which is SDV for short, and decals for your scion. So many people have joined Whyville (and are joining still) it's almost un-real! SDVs and FFVs allow you to make scion parts, (decorations for your scion) or face parts. (Parts to decorate your face with) Whyville is a safe and enjoyable place to go and play at. They also have many sponsors for their learning games such as: Toyota financial services, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Texas workforce commission, Toyota Scion, Adobe Systems, The J. Paul Getty Trust, and NASA. They have many more though. They have also earned awards.
I have learned much from Whyville and have made new friends from around the World. In chat when you are talking you should be careful what you say... or you just might get taped! Tape is a kind of punishment for when you do something bad, it makes it so you can't say all you want to for a couple days. One of the things I like to do on Whyville is make music! Yes, you can make your own songs with the Private Studio or Group Studio. You can also buy pets on Whyville with the second currency, pearls. You can buy (and do) other things with pearls such as: almost everything clams can buy, animated parts, (Which are faceparts that move when you give the command) you can make your chat colored, you can renew faceparts, (because faceparts expire after 90 days.) and more!
I have been playing Whyville since 08 and still do to this very day. Whyville also does things for Holidays, they have done proms, (which is pretty goofy :D) summer parties, they have celebrated 4th of July, Thanksgiving, the start of school, Christmas, and others. Get this, Whyville has even had it's own concerts! I wasn't there to see it but I heard it was awesome. Whyville even has it's own Forum to discuss Current Events, Beauty & Fashion, Whyville itself, Sports & Outdoor, Health & Science, the Whyville Times, Games, Books & Writing, Money & Finance, Movies & TV, School, Music, Computers & Technology, Art, Dance & Theatre, and ask the City Workers. (City Workers are the people who work on Whyville and even go in chat sometimes! You can identify them by their red CW beanie) Yes, Whyville also has it's own Newspaper that the Whyvillians can submit articles for.
If you don't believe me Whyville has all this, and much much more, then go and check it out to believe it when you see it! Oh and here's something else, when you start out you only get the clothes that the CWs made for you but you can play games for clams to buy some new clothes. When just starting you should also check out the help page which is a green question mark at the top of Whyville. I hope this has been helpful and I say: GO WHYVILLE!

Today I am going to give you some FoxTrot comic quotes.

"Mom, where's Dad's old magnifying glass?" asks Jason.
"What do you want it for?" Asks Mom.
"Something." Says Jason.
"Jason, I don't want you frying ants, do you hear me?
"Why on earth would I want to fry ants?! They're cute! They're intelligent! Ants are our FRIENDS!"
"It's in his dresser."
..."Unlike certain sisters."
"zzzz."

Setting: School classroom. Marcus and Jason.

"Ok class. I'll be picking up your tests in a minute." Says the teacher.
"Psst- what'd you get?"
"What'd YOU get?" Asked Marcus.
"I asked you first."
"I asked you second."
"Fine, I got three almond joys, five tootsie pops, a full-size snickers bar...
"A full-size snickers bar?! Who was giving out THOSE?!

Last one :D

"A five letter word for humility..." Says Andy the Mom to herself. |AM ND| An e is supposed to be in the middle. "Hmm."
"Where's the Sunday paper?" Asks the husband of Andy, Roger.
"You're looking at it." Says Andy.
"What do you mean? Where's the sports section?
"Peter's got it."
"Where's the comic section?"
"Jason's got it."
"Where's the crossword puzzle?"
"I've got it."
"Where's the news section?!"
"Paige's got it."
"All that's left is this stupid home improvement section!"
"Andy, is this one of your cute little hints?..."
"You got it."
"Five down is Lynx."
"This isn't what I MEANT."

I am just going to say some random things! When I wear the contacts sometimes they make my vision blurry. I just went to the mountains yesterday because there was snow there! I am a Harry Potter reading addict. I don't like to cook but I love to bake! Crembrulee' is really good. I am borrowing and electronic drumset with no sound. (Sound soon though.) This blog is so short. I had nothing to say. You know how that is, right? Anyways, I BEST BE GOING NOW Y'ALL. Oh, and some things I think about: For a capital I when you write it you have to put two lines over the top and under the line. In typing it is just a straight line! Weird huh? One more thing, in Church when people stand I notice they either put their hands on the chair, in their pockets, fold them behind their back, or fold them in front of theirselves. I think the truth is; their arms aren't used to laying limp.

So, I got contacts. At first it was hard to put them on. I got used to it. I'm not a pro at putting them on yet, I will say. When I first got them on I had an unpleasant experience. Something was in them so it made the contact feel uncomfortable. I know how to clean them and take them off also. (Obviously.) I still have to wear glasses though. We also found out my vision got worse since last time. Sometimes when wearing the contacts my eyes go all fuzzy for about 5 seconds. It's quite annoying. Anywho, that's all for now!

Music. We all take it for granted don't we? It's all around. The music of birds the quiant backround music at conference parties, loud and deranged music at teen parties, music in Church worship. Where would we be without it?
I personally like to listen to it at all possible times, which is why I nearly always have my trusty sidekick; my MP3. Don't ask me what MP3 stands for! I just know what it is. It could be a mini or medium sized rectangle square, hey! It could even be a circle. They come in all colors but mine is red. I would love an orange one but that would be pure, pure -luck- if I found one orange that I liked. Anywho, they play music, they can usually hold pictures, videos, some can even record your voice! It could be 4gb 8gb or 16gb. I have never heard of any other gbs you can get. I have an 8gb.
The genres on my MP3 right now are: alternative, alternative rock, blues, children, Christian and Gospel, Comedy, Country, dance, dance and DJ, Electronica, Film score, Film soundtrack, General pop, jazz, rock, other, pop, soul and R&B, soundtrack, and unknown.
The music I actually make is percussion. Right now I only have a drum pad but when I get a drum set I want a red or orange one. I have three sets of sticks. The first pair my mom bought Vic Firth. Basically the best for drumming. Then for this contest my teacher gave me thick white ones specifically for band. Another time he gave me a pair of sticks with his name on it. Vic Firth also. So were the whites. I totally love doing it!
My MP3 looks like a phone, or so I've been told. People say "What kind of phone is that?" I'm all: "Uh, it's not a phone but I'm cool with you thinking that!" the picture above is the MP3 I own. I would rather have gotten an orange Ipod Nano video. Only 50 dollars more with a video camera in it. Quick and easy eh? Ipods also do more than MP3s. Did I mention it also is 8gb? The other picture is the Ipod Nano video I want. I guess when my MP3 fails on me or whatever I can get that. (If they still have them.)

For now, I am and always will be, your blogger friend and fellow music lover.

HELLO BLOGGERS! For your enjoyment I will now attempt to rhyme.

The day was fine with ultra sky line. (That's blue for you.) Clouds appeared on a whim, the sky was turning dim. Foggy it was, and covered with bugs. We are at the bottom of Lousianna, with bogs and fogs, humidity and cute little fillies. It is now dusk with a feeling of lust for the day away. For off to the lot where they shopped at the loft. The trip was nearing, and they were all searing, they panted with glee at what was thought to be a, sneeze? They packed up there bags where they came to the hags. For they knew sorcery, but they acquired it forcefully. Who knew, they may be real some day.

O-kay, that ardly made sense. Oo you theenk it deed? Moving forward.

It started on a hot Summer's day. Me and my friend were swapping fun web-sites to try out. I gave her one of mine then I did a little twirl in the pool. Then, she gave me one. Why Ville. When she told me I didn't totally understand. "Why is it called Whyville?" I inquired. She was taken aback.
"I don't really know!" And so I further questioned my fine friend saying:
"Well, what do you do on it?" She explained saying:
"you can make a little Whyvillian buying parts from Akbar's, play games, learn cool stuff, and make friends!" I asked,
"how can you make friends?"
"You can type and it will appear in a bubble from your avatar, remember to click enter!" She said. The questions went on.
Well, that same day I checked out this mysterious Whyville. I typed in the requested URL and up popped Whyville in bright colours. I looked around, she told me that I had to make a person. I thought in my mind. Then I found where you pick a head, shirt, mouth, eyes, and nose. (The eyes came with eyebrows.) This is kind of fun! Then I type and clicked the remaining tasks to become a registered Whyvillian. I quickly found out I had to do a chatting test for my license and after failing quite a bit I got through it. Later I explored the Whyville Square and talked to another newb like myself and found out: hey! I can't say everything I want to! So, I found out that I had to mail in further chat requirements, (parent signs.) So after awaiting the day I could fully chat I did other things with my precious whyville time.
I found out I could play games to earn these things called 'clams.' Which is the Whyville's currency money. I rushed right to PlaneWorks once my friend told me it was the best game to earn clams. I quickly became an expert with my newb ways. And soon enough I earned 200 clams! I thought, boy am I rich! My friend also told me at Akbar's, (which is the mall to buy face parts) of some good designers one including evlynrose. I bought some of her parts and much later when I was in my second newb stage I found out one of the designers that I thought was the best. MagicBox. Anyways, I bought some of evlynrose's stuff and transformed my look in Pick Your Nose. (PYN.)
About 9 days later I found out I could chat! It was a joyous day for my newb self. And I further found out more of Whyville. I even made a couple of friends! I also found out by clicking twice on someone you could add them as a friend so as to FF them (Friend Find) to see if they were on. A surprise was finding out I could mail people! Soon enough I got used to the many bubbles I would find in Waterfall, South, North, and Grotto. These became my homes. I delighted in chatting with people and using various emoticons to brighten up the chat. A memorable day was when I asked someone what 'xD' meant. They said something like xplosive daisies or something. I wondered what it meant. Then I found out it was actually a laughing face. The people were just having fun in telling me that.
Another thing people would do in Whyville were go to and host BCs. Beauty Contests~ Of how you looked on Whyville. I thought I looked pretty snazzy but never won a single BC. Oh, and mind you, there was a certain place you could go for a BC, where the host gets to sit on this special chair. One thing I think is really awesome are the Planets you can go to. Being Saturn, (Some BCs are held at these places) Mars, Jupiter, you could also go to Earth, and what was random is you could go to Newspaper. Which was supposedly a place where they made papers. I mean it looked like that! :) Maybe they made that to emphasize the Newspaper Whyville had. It is called the Whyville Times. It is where people can make articles and have them published (only if it was good enough!) about their Whyville experiences and other things! Where they can express feelings and create poems. You can really learn if you read from it!
The people, oh the people! You can meet Whyvillians from all over the World it's quite amazing. And get to know someone, they may turn out to be someone you really enjoy hanging out with! Sometimes, for advertising things, Whyville CWs (City Workers) might make a new room in which you can go in. Like for Teen Spirit They created a room for it and limited edition face parts to acquire! They also advertised Kmart, a couple of books, some movies, and probably a lot of other things. Don't get me wrong! It's not a site that you go on just so you can be swamped by more ads. Anyways, City Workers are real people who work to make Whyville a more fun place. And they tape you, which means you can't say as much and you get an ugly wad of tape on you, for saying things you shouldn't They also do many other things! They work hard and they totally MAKE Whyville.
What is weird I think is in some places you look bigger than others for example SunRoof or Woods, the. The whole point of this Blog is to tell all of you how great Whyville is and that you should join too! ~*WARNING*~ Don't get too addicted! I enjoy Whyville and I think you should try it! Your Whyville friend, crimson64. :) :D :B :O :x :3 ;s T_T. ^_^ v_v *.* '.' =_= :} o: zD $_$ :@ <3 o_o <3_<3 ~_~
